We deliver internationally but prefer to have partners who manufacture locally to supply the regions in which they are located.

Z COOL STORE France delivers directly to the following countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Germany, Switzerland.

- Delivery times are 5 to 10 working days.
- Returns are permitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM?

1/ Make sure your item is in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging.

2/ Print the "Product return slip" specifying whether it is an exchange or a refund and slip it inside the package.
