Article 8 - Availability

9.6 - Reimbursement
In the event of cancellation by the customer, Z COOL STORE will refund all payments received corresponding to the returned items as well as the delivery costs if the withdrawal concerns the entire order received, subject to the conformity of the returned product(s).
The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 30 days from the day on which Z COOL STORE We have been informed of your decision to withdraw. We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. For exchanges within Metropolitan France due to product non-conformity, we will reship the exchanged item to you at our expense, using the standard website rate. For any exchange for comfort, the return shipping costs AND the cost of reshipping the new product are your responsibility.

Article 10 - Legal and contractual guarantees

10.2 - Legal guarantees relating to liability for defective products
