  We can assist you in handling trademark, design and patent filing matters through a trusted partner.

  The deliverable will be a description of your product, a document you can present to our product standards and certification expert (or another expert of your choice). You will be responsible for contacting them for all stages of the product standards and certification process. Product standards and certification services will be billed directly to you.

For this service, nWe offer the option of paying in 2 installments without additional fees, namely:

- 50% off when you order
- 50% off when your order is shipped.

The remaining 50% is largely used to purchase equipment and raw materials. and to the remuneration of the workforce employed for the completion of the service. 

Z Cool Store must pay a fee to fulfill the customer's order (purchase of equipment, raw materials and payment of labor involved) for the performance of the service. We therefore require payment of a package fee upon ordering.

Z Cool Store begins working on the customer's order as soon as payment for the package is received.
